COACHING
Coaching focuses on you as the leader.
How do you wish to grow in your current role and in future roles? What are your goals and what steps are you taking to ensure they're met?
Coaching creates a safe space with someone to share and work through leadership dilemmas with no consequences. It provides the opportunity to receive the personal and professional development school leaders need in order to achieve great outcomes for staff and students.
PROJECT OUTSOURCING
Creating effective systems that facilitate the healthy ecosystem of a school requires a nuanced approach built on years of trial and data gathering.
Partner to outsource your needs for revising a system, a Code of Conduct, an SEL/Advisory structure, student intervention system, anti-racist dress code, etc.
CONSULTING
Building safe and inclusive school communities is challenging and long-term work.
Consultation provides the opportunity to have an impartial advisor in the work alongside of you to help problem solve, ideate, review data and goals, and to respond to strategic plans.
Whether you are looking to turn around the culture of one school, re-write a Code of Conduct, or determine how to influence other leaders in mindset changes, consultation supports you in doing the work by helping to steer it in the right direction.
SITE VISITS
In-person observations allow for more targeted feedback, problem solving, and strategic planning.
Site visits are often paired with consultation services connected to a specific project.
Site visits can be conducted as a diagnostic to help source out the root cause or as a progress monitoring tool for a project.

WORKSHOPS
Setting and Living Your School Values: Parts One and Two
90 minutes
In this workshop, participants will reflect on their personal values and the prominent values of their most proximate stakeholders. They will then name common school-wide values to anchor the school community. In part two, participants will create the stakeholder behaviors and school artifacts
they would expect to see if their values were lived on campus.'

Building Community in the Classroom
60 minutes
Culture and community must happen inside and outside of the classroom. In this workshop, participants will learn strategies for validating the student experience in the classroom, creating shared ownership over learning, and building classroom community.

Recognizing Your Own Triggers to Facilitate Relationships and Learning with Students
90 minutes
At times, our own emotions can get in the way of supporting students through choices and learning. In this workshop, participants will learn their own student triggers, how to name their emotions, and then strategies for working through them to better support students.
